MENUOPOLY, don't break the BANK...










Trying to get back on a budget and schedule, I have really been slacking since Shane left. Below is our menu for the week, actually it will be for 2 weeks, b/c I am doubling each recipe and freezing. That equates to me cooking 7 days and a break for 7 days, YAY!! I have not tried any of the recipes, so no promises, BUT if you do not have time to prepare your list feel free to use this one. I am a little nervous about the anchovy, BUT you only live once right?!







MENU






Monday: Bean and Cheese Enchiladas w/spanish rice



**to save more you could make your tortillas from scratch and used DRY pinto beans instead of cans**


Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup



Wednesday: Hamburger Vegetable Soup with corn bread
