Another YUUUMMMMYYY!!

Just a plain salad with broccoli, avacado, tomato, & cheese. Seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, & salt.


Broccoli-Pasta Side Dish
INGREDIENTS
8 oz Linguine (cooked) • 1/4 tsp Pepper • 1 tsp Salt • 1 tbsp Margarine • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil • 2 Garlic cloves (minced) • 2 1/2 lb Broccoli (fresh, pieces) • grated Parmesan Cheese •
Servings: 6 • Ready: 40 minutes • Prep: 10 minutes • Cook: 30 minutes



DIRECTIONS
Sauté broccoli, garlic, margarine, salt and pepper in oil until tender. 1. Toss gently with pasta and serve topped with grated parmesan.




Lemon Chicken with Oregano


INGREDIENTS
6 chicken thighs • 3 (tablespoon) lemon juice • 2 (tablespoon) honey • 1 (tablespoon) olive oil • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 (teaspoon) dried oregano
Servings: 6 • Ready: 45 minutes • Prep: 5 minutes • Cook: 40 minutes


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Combine the lemon juice, honey, oil, garlic and oregano; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F and chicken juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices.
